Meet Your Technician & Instructor

Meredith Carmack is a public services librarian with 20 years of experience assisting adults of all skill levels with basic computer tasks. She has training and certifications in a wide range of computer software, coding, and robotics, and has also taught technology classes in the library to people of all ages.

Our Service Area

Simple Tech Assist, LLC is located in Covington, Georgia. We serve clients in Newton, Henry, and Rockdale counties.

We also have an extended service area that includes Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton, Morgan, Jasper, and Butts counties. Clients in these counties pay an additional travel fee for at-home technology help.

We Come to You

We arrive at your door in our service vehicle with all the equipment needed to handle your basic computer tasks.

Don’t have a computer or Internet service at home? No problem! We bring a laptop and hotspot Internet connection to you. We also have mobile printing and document scanning equipment to handle all of your printing and scanning needs.
